The SL-100 StealthLock kit includes:
- 1 - TP-100 Transmitter Pad
- 1 - RL-100 Receiver Latch
- 1 - SP-600 Cabinet Strike Plate (pre-installed into the receiver latch)
- 1- TL-600 Installation Tool (pre-installed into the receiver latch)
- 6 - #6 x ½" screws;
Tools required:
- Screw gun with Phillips head bit
- 3/32" drill bit
- Pencil
- Large paper clip or ball point pen
Installing the StealthLock®:
- To begin installation, choose a mounting location so the receiver latch and cabinet strike plate will not interfere with existing hardware.
- Place the receiver latch on the cabinet side so the alignment legs of the red installation tool sit square on the cabinet end panel.
- Mark the four screw holes for the receiver latch on the cabinet panel.
- Using a 3/32" drill bit, pre-drill the four screw holes. Be careful not to drill through the cabinet side.
- Use four of the #6 x ½" screws to install the receiver latch.
- The battery tray will need to be removed to install the 4 - AAA batteries (not included) into the receiver latch. See the StealthLock manual for battery installation.
- Using a paper clip or ball point pen, press the learn button on the receiver latch until the yellow light illuminates. This assures the StealthLock is in an unlocked position.
- Remove the white backing paper on the double stick tape from the cabinet strike plate.
- Close the cabinet door and reopen. The cabinet strike plate will adhere to the door.
- Remove the red installation tool from the cabinet strike plate.
- Pre-drill the screw holes for the cabinet strike plate and install two #6 x ½" screws. Be careful not to drill through the door front.
- Close and open the door to ensure proper alignment.
- Install the transmitter pad, remove the red ribbon and double stick tape backing and press firmly.
- Test the lock by locking and unlocking the cabinet.
