Installing the StealthLock® Receiver Latch Battery:
- The Receiver Latch is powered by batteries that will wear out over time and active use. Batteries should get replaced on an annual basis or whenever the LED indicator is blinking continuously.
- To replace the battery, hold the battery pack as shown. Push in and lift out to remove the battery pack.
- With battery pack fully removed, take out batteries and replace them with fresh AAA alkaline batteries.
- Be sure to observe the proper polarity of the batteries as shown on the inside of the battery pack.
- Insert the battery pack back into the receiver latch and press down until the battery pack snaps into position.
- Before closing the cabinet door, depress the learn button for about two seconds. The LED indicator should light to confirm that fresh batteries have been installed.
- Please mark your calendar to alert yourself to replace these batteries in one year.
